CD rates were horrible, will not be returning.
I believe this is not a true bank or they have just 1 person employed here.
What a horrible bank. My bank statements are not available online! Why? So, I have to go there and pay them $5 for each statement. These should be available online. Stay away from this bank. Customer service is clueless and had no idea why my statements were not available. Yet, I have to pay for them.
