The staff was well trained. The car was in good shape. But, having to pay an extra $30 (extra driver) because her card didn't have enough to cover$250 deposit and put it on my card. She was the only one to drive car. But I was still charged for an extra driver. I will probably use a different rental company next because of this extra charge.
I rented a Chrysler Town and Country minivan and it was a very nice vehicle! I had the option of using economy to save on gas usage and it came in handy for city and short distance driving. The weekly rental fee was very reasonable and it was perfect for driving a family of 7 around. Everyone was comfortable and had more than enough room. There was also tons of storage space! I will definitely be using Enterprise again for my rental needs!!
Reserved car for 3 days starting today. Called to confirm ...their is no reservation. Second time Enterprise let us down. Never again!
Had a vehicle lined up 7 days out, for a certain day to get,so we could get our vehicle worked on. Our insurance had sent them the paperwork. The day of, nothing. Blue Ridge dropped the ball. Waited all day for nothing. And to boot, they transferred it to jasper, because they no longer wanted to deal with it, without telling me. This place needs obviously new management. Because the people here do not care. Take your business somewhere else, you'll be happier in the end.....
It was easy to reserve and to pick up the automobile. We were upgraded one level from an Elantra to a Altima. The auto ran well and served its purpose nicely for the entire 17 day rental period. We averaged over 34 mpg and had no mechanical problems. We had a very nice experience.
