For $12 my car was terrible. I went to ask Joe if he thought it was worth the quality of the wash I received. He said I don't wash my car enough yet I have a membership at another car wash in Atlanta that I use every month if not 3 times a month.
Machine was rather loud, but good clean.
I'm really surprised about his attitude as I haven't run into many people at all who aren't extremely nice up here.

I had dust on my car.. No response. He said he didn't want to refund me but would wash it again with the pressure washer things. Not am automatic car wash and it would take a little to get it done but he had to add that he thought I was wrong.
I didn't take the free wash because of his attitude. Don't go there. There is a much better one on east first by the bowling alley and one off 515 by the Comfort Inn.
