Very helpful kind and considerate
The absolute worst place to finance through!!! I bought my motorcycle through the sports place and they financed it through Lendmark. They gave me a wonderful 23% interest rate. I always paid more on my payments each month. Went to pay off the loan (today) that I had only had for 8 months and the pay off was more than the motorcycle cost when I bought it in April. The woman named Bobbie was extremely rude on the phone while I was trying to get my pay off balance before I drove 2 hours to get to the place. On the way there my friend that road with me called for the exact directions and Bobbie was rude to her also and then hung up on my friend. When we finally arrived the woman that I came in contact with was just as bad. I figured it was the same lady but when I asked her name she said April. The two women are COMPLETELY rude, poor body language, and just NASTY PEOPLE to deal with!!! They act like they hate their job and show it! Being customer reps you would think that it would be apart of their job to smile, and not roll their eyes and be rude to the customers. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!!! Especially since I was probably one of the best customers they had! I'll be recommending that Gainesville Motorsports NEVER use them again!!!
Terrible customer service. Was told I would get a call back that day, never did. Walked in the next day & the lady said "oh, I forgot to call you." Then I spoke to someone else about a loan while I was in there. She took down my name & number, as if they didn't already have it from the day before, and she said she would call me back. I never got a call back.
