Due to recent management changes it seems the care at this facility has declined. My mother has been at this location for 3 plus years. Up until now the tenor of the employees was great. I actually could remember there names because it was consistent faces. Now , not so much. I asked someone who had already left the employment of this facility why everyone was leaving. Apparently management has the attitude and has expressed to the employees that they are replaceable. While this may be a true statement I find it hard to believe that the funding is available to continue to re train folks, and why would you kill the moral of the facility. These folks that live here, some of the only faces they see are, YOUR EMPLOYEES ! Currently , I am becoming concerned about my mothers well being. I am not sure if such corporation will even take the time to read the review , but think hard before you send your loved one here. Ask , the question.... will they get consistent care?
