Friend took an heirloom diamond ring in for sizing, after bring g it home thought the diamond looked different, took it yo another jeweler and found out the diamond had been replaced with a poor quality diamond. Friend had a prior appraisal on ring and it showed diamond a much better grade. Use extreme caution.
Be VERY careful with what you take here for resizing I thought they were good honest people to deal with took a 18k yellow gold ring to be sized when picked up noticed it was a white gold?? even the ticket said yellow gold when dropped off, The gentlemen that did the ring told me it was white gold something was not correct, I'm glad I had the original paperwork when I bought the ring. I had to contact our attorney which is currently working on it. So just be very careful and find another jewelry store if possible.
