Great food, open early for the square, and because of this it is usually very crowded. Plan of getting there early if you don't want to wait. Good amount of parking nearby. Staff is very friendly and they have a lot of cute gifts at the front of the store.

Had a great lunch here yesterday, tuna melt w provolone melted perfectly w sweet potato waffle fries crispy and fresh. Good wholesome cooking w fresh food. Husband had a cheeseburger on sourdough and it was tasty, again w fresh lettuce and tomatoes. Decor a little outdated but didn't effect the food! Service was great.

Clean facility. Host seemed he'd rather still be in bed (...it was cold outside, I'll give him that...). Waitress was nice enough. Service "ok". Food was basic. NOT worth the price! I could've done as well from the packaged or frozen section from the grocery store. "Chef"?...nah. I didn't even WANT to tip!

Waited over 15 minutes to be seated while there were many empty tables. Employees trying not to see customers needing to be seated. Once seated, the person who seated us got us our drinks, and told us another server will come take our order. We sat for 20 minutes waiting to give SOMEONE our order until we finally got up and informed the hostess that we were leaving. She wanted to charge us for our coffee which I thought was pathetic considering we had been in the restaurant for now 30 minutes and never got to order. We were told they had one grill and were overwhelmed with the amount of customers in the restaurant. As we left, there were many more seated customers outside at tables who had been waiting for a significant amount of time and had not been helped yet. We advised them to consider another dining venue as service was scarce. They had many many employees with such limited assigned tasks as being the water greeter, but can not take dining orders. Some were simply clearing tables but could not seat customers to the many empty tables. Obviously, there needs to be some form of formal training for the management and staff.

It was alright. The chicken salad melt was good. Cafeteria type feel. Don't go on a Sunday morning and expect to eat in a reasonable amount of time. We got there at 11, were told 30 minute wait, we said that's fine, came back at 11:30, were seated, and ended up waiting another 30 minutes before someone came to take our order. We almost left and went to waffle house instead.
