I live in Knoxville but my grandmother lives in Blue Ridge and I wanted to send her something nice for her birthday. The florist herewas super friendly, very helpful and had really good prices. I will Definetly be contacting her again next year or for any other floral needs in the future.

Amber created all the flowers for my wedding. She was wonderful to work with, the flowers were beautiful and she set up all my tables. She is fantastic!!!!!
Poor customer service
Fantastic service from the initial phone call to find out about their services to the delivery of their flowers. Everything they said they would do they did - thank goodness. Ordering online from a place you know nothing about since you are long distance can be scary. You want to have faith that the flowers will be delivered in a timely manner and that they will be pretty and worth the money. My friend just moved to this state and was thrilled at her bouquet of flowers and the person that delivered them....awesome! I would use them again and my friend says this will be the florist she uses.
Was told that since it was close to closing time she "didn't want to take anymore orders for the day" and then suggested only prearranged arrangements to hurry me up.
First review I've ever left for any place of business in my life. That should tell you how poor this experience was.
