I called and asked for a gift to be delivered to my children at school this morning. I spoke with Debra, she gave me a rate of $25-30 and she would deliver for $5. I told her to go ahead. When i checked my account she charged me $59. I called and asked her about it and she was rude, said "well i didn't even charge you for the teddy bear-do you want me to go back to the (Christian school) and take them back?" EXTREMELY rude and too expensive. I do not recommend this florist and I will never use their service again

The "owner" is very disrespectful. She actually yelled at me! All due to me questioning why I was charged an extra $20 for "outside Blue Ridge city limits" The flowers were being delivered to the Wendy's IN Blue Ridge! She clearly does not care about her customers.
Called today for an order and could not even get through the phone call without an absurd amount of rudeness!! I called and asked "do you offer same day delivery?" The response was: "same day delivery (in an exasperated tone) I do if I can" I replied ok....thinking what is the matter with this lady?? I asked do you have tulips? Her hateful reply was "well, that would be nice but you should have ordered that in advance"....I hung up. I know for a fact I will not patronize a business that cannot be bothered with good customer service.
